Mr. Liqing Liu Chairman
He was born in 1940. Since March 2006,
Mr. Liu has been taking the position
of Chairman of the Board of SFLI. He
successively held the posts of Vice
Minister of Ministry of Posts and
Telecommunications, Director of State Post
Bureau, Deputy Director of Economic
Committee of the CPPCC, among others,
since 1996. Currently he is President
of China Association of Communication
Enterprises. He holds Bachelor Degree
and is a CPC member. |

Mr.
Xavier Larnaudie - Eiffel Vice Chairman
He was born in 1958. He is a graduate
of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de
Bordeaux and Ecole Nationale
d'Administration. After various positions in
prefectures, Ministries
European Commission and Vice Chairman of Solving
International, Mr.
Larnaudie-Eiffel has joined CNP Assurances Executive
Board since 16 December 2003.
He is now Deputy Chief Executive Officer
since 10 July
2007. Since March of Year 2006, Mr. Larnaudie-Eiffel has been

Vice Chairman of the Board of SFLI. |

He was born in 1960. Since March 2006, Mr.

Post Group Corporation, among others, since
1999. He used to be elected as
representative for the Tenth National People¡¯s

He was born in 1946, has a Law degree and

Politiques de Paris and Ecole Nationale
d'Administration. After various positions
in state structures and joined in 1987,
Caisse des D¨¦pôts et Consignations, he
became President of CNP Assurances
Executive Board since 9 July 1998. He
is now Chief Executive Officer
of CNP Assurances, member of the Board of
Directors since 10 July 2007.

Mr.
Jean-Pierre Walbaum Non-Executive Board Member
He was born in 1945, has a degree in quantum
physics, a master in information
technology and a post-graduate degree
in econometrics. He is also a graduate
of CPA (HEC Group). Since 1974, he has
worked in Caisse des D¨¦pôts et
Consignations and Caisse d'Epargne for
various appointments. In January
2001, he joined CNP Assurances
as Director of Management and Innovation
and member of CNP
Assurances Executive Board. He is now Deputy Chief
Executive Officer since 10 July 2007.

Walbaum has been appointed as

Heilongjiang Province and Team Leader of
the Insurance Team of State Post

CPC member. Mr. Zhu has more than
ten years¡¯ leadership experience in CPC

taking the position of Vice General
Manager of SFLI and he is in charge of HR

He was born in 1968. Since August of
2008, Mr. Van Caenegem has been taking
Vice General Manager of SFLI in charge
of IT and Back Office so far. Since 1999
he assumed the following positions such

Project Director of CNP Assurances in
different countries. He holds bachelor

Ms. Suixiang Xie Chief Actuary
She was born in 1974. Since November
2009, Ms. Xie has been taking the
position of Chief Actuary of SFLI. She
has more than ten years¡¯ professional
actuary managerial experience in life insurance
industry. Ms. Xie holds Bachelor
Degree and she has obtained qualification of
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
(FSA). |

Mr. Muhua Fang Board Secretary
He was born in 1975. Since January
2010, Mr. Fang has been taking the position
of Board Secretary of SFLI. He has
assumed the position of Manager of General
Office since May 2006, in charge of HR
and administrative management. He has
more than ten years¡¯ professional and
managerial experience in both non-life
insurance and life insurance industry.

Change the Accounting Firm
With the approval of SFLI board, we decided to change the Accounting Firm from
KPMG to Mazars for the year of 2010.
SFLI has filed the information of Mazars to CIRC according to Notice on related
questions about insurance companies appoint the Accounting Firm to conduct
audit work (CIRC[1999]No. 235).
Mazars Shanghai Certified Public Accountants obtained, on November 21, 2006,
the approval of establishment from Shanghai Finance Bureau (Shanghai
Finance [2006]No. 50), and the business license (registration number:
3101152030446) on March 1, 2007 from Shanghai Industrial and Commercial
Bureau PuDong New Area Branch. The organization type is general partnership.
From its establishment, Mazars Shanghai Certified Public Accountants has
joined Mazars Group, becoming the unique member firm of Mazars in mainland
China. Mazars is an independant, international and integrated organization
specializing in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services. Mazars Shanghai
Certified Public Accountants has currently employed more than 20 CPAs and
over 100 staff. Its partners and majority of CPAs have had many years of
practical experience in the Big Four firms or other Chinese renowed accounting
